How secure is ReportBeam?

ReportBeam uses industry-standard security to ensure your personal information and your credit card information is kept safe. ReportBeam does NOT store credit card numbers. Please consult our Privacy and Security Statements for more information.

What do I need to purchase a report?

Once you have found the report, you will need a credit card or account to purchase the report. The report will be made available as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat, you can download it free of charge from http://www.adobe.com.

I forgot my Password

You can retrieve your password using our Forgot Password link. The password will be emailed to the email address that we have on file for your account. If you no longer have access to that address or wish to change or email address or password, please contact support@aps.us for assistance.

I can't find a report, what should I do?

If you are using the advanced search, more accurate results can be obtained by not restricting the advanced search. Provide the date and a partial address only. If you are having trouble locating a report by the crash report number, make sure you have received the proper number and used any dashes or other characters needed.

If you are still unable to find a report, contact the agency who issued the report (and/or the reporting officer) to find out what is missing.

I do not have a credit card, how can I purchase the report?

You can still purchase the report by contacting the agency directly and purchasing the report directly through them.

I lost the report. My computer crashed or Adobe Acrobat did not work. What should I do?

Requested reports are emailed to the address provided. So please check your email to obtain the report. If you did not receive the report, or have problems opening the report, please email support@aps.us for additional help.
